Considering the fragmentation and lack of transformation in much of the debt collection market, we provide public and private sector clients with the opportunity to partner with a level 1 broad-based black economic empowerment (B-BBEE) company. Our affiliation with Transaction Capital means that we provide access to systems and technology that is generally unavailable to boutique collection firms.

Our professional, expert management and staff uphold the highest standards of strategic awareness, asset and expense control, corporate governance, legal compliance and ethics. We believe that our relationships with all stakeholders, particularly with our clients and their customers, should endure as mutually beneficial partnerships founded on trust, integrity and performance.

We support the principles and practice of empowerment. In working with our clients, we provide opportunities for upskilling call centre teams in local communities to enhance job security and upward mobility.

OUR ACCREDITATIONS

We are registered with the Council for Debt Collectors and subscribe to the code of conduct as well as the prescribed fees.

We are also members of ADRA and are committed to contributing to the Debt Collection industry as a whole.
